Refund policy

If you need to return an item please contact us at returns@brewhousespirits.com within 7 days of receiving your item. For damaged items you must let us know on the same day as receipt of delivery.

If accepted, refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we acknowledge the reason for return. Replacement orders will shipped on a standard service only once the return has been accepted and is in resalable condition. 

It is your responsibility to return any unwanted products so please retain the original packaging.
